Paartnered operations refer to military where States collaborate with each other, non-State actors (such as organized armed groups) or intergovernmental organizations the United Nations) achieve a common aim in given conflict situation. Partnered are not new phenomenon, but nowadays they have become standard modality of conducting operations, conflicts Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Syria, Yemen being such examples. characterized by different degrees support and involvement which can range from supply weapons equipment; provision logistical, financial, technical support; intelligence sharing; training advising; co-deployment joint combat operations. In addition rationae materiae personae diversity partnered partnerships may also give rise (co) belligerency non-belligerency. governed international law whereas, on one hand, enhance compliance through efforts oversight, pose, certain challenges particular humanitarian law, human rights responsibility. One identify at least four sets challenges.
